Candy SMS provides account access to virtual-number and SMS services supplied by third-party providers. These terms describe the current service behavior.

Accounts and permitted use

Use only accounts you are authorized to access. Keep your Candy SMS login secure. Google authentication takes place on Google’s website; Candy SMS never asks for your Google password. Do not use this service for fraud, unauthorized access, harassment, or activities that violate applicable law or another service’s rules.

Numbers and messages

Availability, delivery and acceptance of virtual numbers depend on the selected provider and receiving service. A number is not a permanent personal phone number. Review the displayed price, country, service and time limit before ordering. Do not use temporary numbers for critical account recovery.

Funds and cryptocurrency payments

Review the payment screen before sending funds. Online deposits require the exact quoted coin, network, address and amount within the quote’s validity. Manual transfer instructions are separate. Account credit is added only after the required verification. Partial payments, wrong networks, expired quotes and other exceptional payments may need operator review. Sending cryptocurrency is not itself a guarantee of account credit or a refund. No automated cryptocurrency withdrawal or refund is promised by this application.

Order changes and issues

Cancellation and balance adjustments depend on order status and provider responses. Contact the Candy SMS operator through the support channel provided to you if a payment or order needs review. Keep your order or payment reference, but never share private wallet keys or passwords.

Features and availability may change, and interruptions can occur. Read the current on-screen instructions before each purchase. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
